Business Analyst - Global Re-Insurance, Zurich

ZURICH CALLING
Our client a global reinsurance company requires a Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 YEARS CURRENT RE-INSURANCE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE to take part in a large re-engineering program involving ERP and data warehousing.
You will need deep knowledge of the re-insurance sector and be used to working with 3rd party suppliers, systems integrators and stake holders on multiple projects. As well as re-insurance sector experience you should have strong communication skills as you will be liaising with users, other BAs, PMs and senior decision makers.
You will be involved with scoping a new insurance platform, data warehouse and developing ETL processes. You should be familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and will be involved with requirements gathering, attending workshops and engaging with developers and the testing team. Advanced documentation skills are essential.
You will be responsible for analysing change requests and designing business processes and managing requirements through to delivery. Communication and coordination with other business analysts, project managers and IT specialists will be required to ensure effective service delivery.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Currently working with an international reinsurance company
5 years reinsurance sector experience
Team player and articulate communicator at stake holder level
Delivery focussed with track record of sustained, successful project delivery
