ROLE: Business Analyst

SKILLS: Business Analyst - Global Payments - Migration - Glasgow - £380 per day

OVERVIEW:

Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of a Business Analyst, who has previous e xperience within Retail Banking. The Transactional Banking Transformation Programme is looking to deliver a new TBT Online Channel. The Business Analyst will be responsible for providing the Global Payments input to the Study phase of the Channel Migrations workstream.

CORE DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

- Undertake analysis of impact to Global Payments of migrating customers from Legacy online channels to new Strategic Online Channel
- Document the Global Payments Business requirements and create the Traceability Matrix.
- Undertake initial Process impact assessments.
- Produce the Global Payments submissions to the relevant governance bodies.
- Support the Project Manager with the production of Study phase artifacts.
