Business Analyst Global Banking (1 Snr + 1 Jnr Position)

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE EXTENSIVE BANKING EXPERIENCE, WITHIN A GLOBAL BANKING ENTERPRISE.

Job Summary:

Main job will be the CBORR (Core Banking Operational Risk Review) project.

The objective of CBORR is to address the risk around the user access on the ISAP/SCORE and FPS platforms in all EMEA countries, India and Mexico; using the successful approach used for the UK.

The following activities will be undertaken:
-Review/clean up of users and there conceptual functions: remove non-existing users, remove users with excessive user rights and bring down the number of users with uncombinable functions (violation of function separation policies).
-Bring users roles and conceptual functions in line with the current organizational structure and risk regulations (Role Based Access Control or RBACs) and as much as possible harmonize the SCORE RBACs over countries.
-Upload all updated RBACS into the RBAM tool and move away from the manual User Entitlement Reviews.
-To reduce the risks around user access further, the CBORR project will also include:
-Review the conceptual functions (user access menus) in SAFE to bring them in line with current BOM and compliance regulations in order to bring down the number of possible uncombinables.
-The implementation of dual control for set up and maintenance of users in SAFE.
-The implementation of dual control for the maintenance of customer default static data tables in FPS.
-Implement the FPS data access onto the RBAM platform.
-The project will be performed/executed in close cooperation with the initiatives in APAC and the RBAM Program; which will lead to improved user entitlement review.
-RBAC/conceptual function review and standardisation to ensure that users have appropriate access permission defined by the business.
-Improved regulatory reviews of users by having only existing users in systems, clear ownership of users and the users set up in the RBAM tool.
-Reduced time impact of UER for branches and all other departments using ISAP/SCORE.
-Enable daily reconciliation of the client access and have violations/exceptions managed efficiently.
