Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
Your Skills
- Capacity to quickly understand multiple new concepts in parallel and identify impacts on the existing Information System
- Proactive and results-oriented; strong ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and listening skills in order to capture the information required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; thorough and precise
- Adept at collecting, synthesizing, interpreting, and summarizing data.
- Ability to work autonomously, while also being a strong team player and accustomed to driving change forward
- Ability to translate complex questions into practical strategies and to present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Sense of initiative and ability to critically examine issues and find constructive solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Min. 3 to 5 years experiences of Business Analysis
- Proven capacity to work in an international environment (English speaking teams).
- Good general knowledge of the IT world and technologies
- Experience of Business Process Modelling BPMN 2.0
- Experience in Test Driven Development
- Advanced university degree preferably in business administration and/or IT; specialised training in performance management an asset.
- Business analysis certification (eg CCBA, CBAP) or other suitable professional certification is desirable.
Your Tasks
- Business Analyst to support the project roadmap for the HR Learning department
- The Business Analyst is responsible for capturing business needs, translating the needs into requirementsFacilitate business acceptance and solution validation through UAT with the Business teams
- Training: Support the handover and training of both IT and Business users (Operations handover)
- Other: Support and contribute to the definition of BA best practices - supporting BA peers, definition of standards and templates and continuous improvement Adhere to the best practices and standard approaches defined and used in the IT unit, in conjunction with PMO guidelines
