BUSINESS ANALYST PROFILE:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience working as Business Analyst and with Business Requirements documentation
- Great Personal skills with experience working in a multi-national environment and ability to work with various stakeholders on different level of seniority
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Including Technical writing skills)
- Good Understanding of systems engineering concepts
- Salesforce Platform knowledge is Desirable
- Zuora and SAP knowledge is a plus
BUSINESS ANALYST DELIVERABLES:
- Collect the business requirements and document them in the Business requirements documents (BRDs), this in collaboration with Product Owner(s). For the clarity of the BRD document, Process maps and diagrams should also be included in the document, as needed
- Non Functional requirements (NFR) should also be documented in the BRD
- Define the acceptance criteria (in BRD) together with the Product owner(s)
- Basic mockups when required
- Collect system specifications in a SRS document
- Support ITS in preparing the system architectural and integration diagrams
