My client a large multinational has an immediate contract for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team to gather and create functional requirements and use cases to meet business initiatives. The Analyst will measure business and user needs, document requirements, document AS IS' business processes and To Be' business processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong analysis and evaluation skills
- Continuously Translate business requirements throughout the development life cycle.
- Work independently and in conjunction with the Business Operations Team
- Acts as the link with IT, FAM/ABM/Operations and UAT
- Gather and create functional requirements and use cases to meet business initiatives for Volumetric Billing solutions.
- Conduct training on new features and developments as needed
Experience and Requirements:
- Previously worked in a fast paced environment
- Strong analysis, evaluation and communication skills
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office 2003, Microsoft Project 2003 or later
- Experience using both Waterfall and Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) preferred
- Relevant academic and/or professional qualification
- Experience in a similar field of between 5-7 Years
