Business Analyst - FX Trading Platform (4183)

For a 6 month project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

BUSINESS ANALYST - FX TRADING PLATFORM (4183)

The ideal candidate will support the team to build and maintain a cutting edge technology platform for trading of FX cash and derivatives products.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- SEVERAL YEARS OF BUSINESS ANALYSIS SKILLS AND BANKING EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY FX
- EXPERIENCE WORKING IN REGULATORY PROJECTS (CLEARING, MIFID, SEF, ..)
- IT BACKGROUND (UNIX, SQL, UML)
- Experience in Project Management
- Ability to interpret a set of technical requirements
- Knowledge of how to develop robust solutions
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
- Passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications
- Fluent in English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- Assist in quality control and project management
- Syndicate the design and requirements front-to-back to the stream leads and ensures there is agreement with the stream leads
