Business Analyst/Functional Administrator Intranet

For our International end client based in The Hague, we are looking for a Business Analist/Functional Administrator:

Start: 17-9-2012; 1-10-2012 latest
End: 1-2-2013, extention possible
Rate: +/- 62.50 per hour

Role Description:
The Corporate Portfolio covers the corporate functions of Group Communications, Governmental Relations and Internal Communications. Will work closely with project teams and service providers, both internally and externally on Group standard systems central to Group reputation and employee working practices. The Business Analyst is responsible for the identification and definition of the business needs of the clients and stakeholders within the Corporate IT Portfolio, and to help determine solution(s) to meet their business needs or resolve their business problem(s). The scope of activities for this position includes business analysis, business process improvement, business process testing, application portfolio management and an expertise in communications technologies and approaches specifically. The Corporate IT Portfolio includes a number of applications/solutions which make use of central application components/systems used across Business IT organisations and as such the identification, analysis, management and resolution of issues on these boundaries is a key element of this role.

Experience and Qualifications required:
1. Business Analysis. Work on project, discretionary, and operational iems. This would include business analysis, business requirements definition, business solution design, information flow and data structures, functional specification maintains the Oneweb site, including the details of the policies and standards; maintains and updates the Intranet Style Guide; provides advice and guidance for content editors on how to use the Core Intranet tools (including Q&E, SOUP, Blogs, Services, and My Site) effectively.
