Business Analyst/Front End

For an International client we are currently looking for an experienced Web/E-commerce Business Analyst. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a complex IT landscape on a global project. As a Business Analyst Front End, you define objectives of system changes through research, fact finding with a solid understanding of the business, systems and requirements. You translate business requirements into functional design specifications.

Also, you analyse and document requirements and functional specifications for software applications working from visual designs to wireframes and functional designs (including data validation, data quality, workflows, error handling, use cases and user stories).

YOUR PROFILE

. At least a Bachelor degree (HBO)
. Proven experience in an E-commerce environment (incl. Digital Marketing and BI)
. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Front End/Web BA)
. Ability to act rapidly and concisely in Change-, Support- and Incident processes
. Proven experience with web-applications/CMS (Tridion)
. Experience with Coveo (search), Webtrends, Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager and/or Confluence a big plus
. Proven experience with writing functional specifications and requirements analysis
. Proven experience in dealing with vendors and external/internal partners
