NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY: BUSINESS ANALYST- SALESFORCE.COM- CUSTOMER SERVICE- AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS

NextLink Solutions need to hire an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST for a crucial and very complex project, where all your BUSINESS ANALYST skills and experience will be tested.

This very exciting and critical project is for a global and highly sought after GLOBAL INDUSTRY IN NETHERLANDS.

The following BUSINESS ANALYST must have the following skills and experience:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Business Analyst with Saleforce.com experience
- Advanced experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development
- SFDC Certifications Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, DEV, other
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
- Strong presentation, writing and communication skills in public and private meeting forums
- Willingness to work both from Client location and TCS ODCs in India
- Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
- Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints. Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies
- Salesforce systems integration and/or implementation experience
- Proven Solutions consulting experience in large enterprises

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Program Manager
- Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout duration of the project
- Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
- Co-team with the Technical Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
- Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document
- Lead the SIT and UAT efforts
- Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with the Engagement Manager
- Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer
- Participate in internal projects as required
- Maintain current Salesforce certifications
- Participate in pre-sales activities
