Business Analyst (Freelance/Contract)

In order to support our growth in the Belgian region, we are currently recruiting experienced interim/freelance Business Analysts to support our clients within the Financial Services space.

Role
- You are the link between Business and IT teams
- Define configuration specifications and business requirements
- Perform Quality Assurance
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the Business team
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Profile
- You have 3 to 10 years of experience in a Business Analysis role
- You have a Bachelor/Master degree, or equivalent due to your experience
- You speak/write in English fluently, and have a good command of French and/or Dutch
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Previous banking/financial experience is a strong asset;
- You have strong analytical skills
