-Supporting the business departments with business requirement definition, gathering, structuring & documentation of business requirements in written form
-Leading workshops / meetings for definition, review & validation of business requirements
-Analysing impact of business requirements on current processes, organization, external partners and IT Systems
-Implementation of a workforce platform to steer end-to-end provide, repair & NE3 processes in cooperation with service partners
-Direct monitoring of service partners
-Full transparency on service partner activities, customer status & performance at any time
-Increased efficiency e.g. automation of any installation/repair related processes (incl. customer visit report)
-Cost savings

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience with mLog or similar workforce management systems
-Profound experience in the Telecommunication area at cable network operators
-Experience in gathering, structuring and description of business requirements
-Understanding of IT Systems & cable network business processes
-Deep knowledge of relevant workforce-management processes like customer appointment, materials management, task dispatching, reporting/monitoring, etc is a must
-Fluent in German and English (cooperation with other European Affiliates)
-Strong communication skills
