Business Analyst for Multinational Client in Stockholm/Sweden

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS ANALYST TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN STOCKHOLM/SWEDEN.

Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultant

- Perform typical Business Analyst activities/tasks for DMS
- Support the migration of the documents from unit drives and shared drives to DMS;
- Support additional configuration of the DM solution in SharePoint 2010, based on user's needs;
- Test and document the application;
- Support the entire life cycle of the document management system, within the Document Management Group;
- Be in charge of the activities as 3rd Line Support for ICT Help Desk for DMS,
- Be in constant contact with the DMS developer (sharing of tasks, activities, deadlines, milestones);
- Participation in any meeting/workshop where the presence of the Business Analyst is considered as needed

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE

- University degree with minimum 4 years' experience in IT;
- Minimum 2 years of business analysis including tasks described in task and deliverables section above;
- Experience with Content and Document management systems;
- Experience in MS SharePoint MOSS 2007 and MOSS 2010;
- Experience with UML or Case Tools;
- Experience in public health.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment,
- Rapid self-starting capability and willingness to work in a team;
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments;
- Knowledge of using Business Process Modelling Notation, BPMN and UML
- Good skills with MS Visio or Business Studio;
- Certified Scrum Master;
- Knowledge of metadata and Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI);
