- User liaison
- awareness of commerce tools will be most helpful
- MS Visio
- Business awareness (in the IT space)
- Good documentation skills
- Good written skills and the ability to write reports
The role includes
- Writing both process and progress reports
- Data gathering
- Working with multiple stakeholders
- Departmental documentation
- Capability assessments
- Assisting with forecasting
- Building SME knowledge within the department
