Business Analyst for Agile Team

Business Analyst needed for a profitable division of a fast-growing $400 million dollar healthcare software/services corporation having offices in the Morrisville Area of North Carolina. This position starts with a 6 month contract and then is expected to convert to be a PERMANENT FULL TIME position.
The Business Analyst will work closely with the business unit to create new or improved business processes/systems; Review and research business processes/systems to identify issues or potential enhancements; Present findings and solutions to business unit; Coordinate the testing and validation efforts to ensure process/system changes will integrate effectively into the overall business process; Work with various groups (eg, technology developers, managers) to implement solutions that are in line with strategic goals and that specifically improve workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Business Analyst experience - required
- Quality Assurance Experience - preferred
- Agile including story maps - required
- Writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria - required

Qualified candidates will have the ability to prioritize multiple complex projects and meet deadlines and possess excellent project management skills.
