For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a
BUSINESS ANALYST FONDCENTER
for a 12-18 month's assignment
Your role
Do you have a knack for analysing business processes? Are you able to manage projects efficiently? We're looking for someone like that who can help us:
- determine required business solutions and assist in implementing them
- conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data
- support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- assist in quality control and project management
- identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- analyze and evaluate business processes, products and services
- drive the resolution of new services and tools during the planning, design and testing phases
- assist in quality control and project management
Your team
You'll be working for Fondcenter in Zurich. We are a fast growing business unit within UBS Asset Management, bringing fund providers and B2B distributors together for the distribution of investment funds. You will be the vital link between our business objectives and our IT to implement new services and tools.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
YOU HAVE
- proven ability as a business analyst (experience in the financial services industry a plus)
- experience applying business analysis techniques
- client service solution experience
- the ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions
- an understanding of the software development and technical feasibility
- strong analytical, problem-solving and work-flow definition skills
YOU ARE
- passionate about supporting the development of work-flows, defining systems and applications
- technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
- adaptable, able to work across teams and functions in an agile environment
- agile practitioner
- passionate to create customer friendly solutions
- fluent in German & English
