Our client is a well known and established organisation. They are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their team.

This role will see you take part in a program of work delivering a wide range of business process and structural changes across the organisation to drive business performance enhancements and cost savings.

This role as Business Analyst you will be work on a variety of business based projects (mostly around business transformation/business process improvement projects). You will be responsible for conducting workshops to gather requirements, documenting workflows and creating reports for the business as well as undertaking financial and process analysis.

To be considered for this position as Business Analyst, you will need to have:

- Experience across process analysis and financial analysis
- Experience across process improvement
- Experience working on transformation/business change projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong writing/documentation skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid experience with MS Office - in particular Word and Excel
- Bachelors Degree in either Commerce, Business or Social Sciences

The ideal candidate will have a strong financial analytics background.
