Business Analyst FIX Order Connectivity, Zurich, Begin ASAP Until 31.1

For a client's project in Zurich, we are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST FIX ORDER CONNECTIVITY as follows:

PROJECT GOALS:

- Design and implementation of Fix Order Connectivity service for external asset managers.
- Establish new product in the IT offering for intermediaries.

PROJECT SCOPE:

- Interface to be used for order routing and order execution by using standard FIX protocol, leveraging on existing technology of our client.
- Operating model for new service
- Legal contracts and rules of engagement documents (project offering)
- Support (business/technical) with related SLA's

TASKS:

Support on analysis for the various project streams, in particular:

- Definition of business requirements
- Definition of the message workflow and use cases
- Definition of FIX messages supported by the new service and its content (mapping internal systems)
- Creation of rules of engagement document. External guide to inform the clients what can be done and the bank's operational model with regard to the service.
- Support in analysis with IT colleagues

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/ATTITUDE:

MUST:

- Experience as Business Analyst
- Experience in Financial Services industry
- Experience in Securities Trading IT solution
- Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (eg Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML)
- Good technical writer
- High awareness of quality and deadlines
- Active listener
- Team worker
- English fluent written and spoken

DESIRED:

- In depth knowledge of FIX protocol (4.2 and 4.4)
- German language knowledge will be a benefit
