We are actively searching a Business Analyst for a project in the domain of the financial aspects of group insurances.

The Business Analyst is able to quickly master the AS-IS and will translate the user needs in a high-level TO-BE solution, and further at the level of detailed functional requirements that can be handed over to our IS-department.

The Business Analyst is able to get his high-level solution validated by the business users..

Mission period
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
(Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Languages
- Good English
- Dutch and French, one fluent, the other one good at least.

Education
- University graduate or experienced bachelor..

Business experience

- Experience with analysis on business level

Preferable
- Experience in administrative applications.
- Experience with financial systems (payments, declarations, accounting)
- Experience with test preparation, execution and reporting

Technical experience
Mandatory
- Knowledge of MS-office (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Functional experience
Mandatory
- Business Analyst in a similar environment

Objective of the job
- Analysis of clients' needs
- Translation of these needs in high-level TO-BE solution and detailed functional requirements
- Presenting TO-BE solution to business users and acquire validation
- Presenting detailed functional requirements to IS
- Participation in business acceptance testing
- Follow-up and reporting of the progress of own work
- Support for the business and the users.
