Business Analyst - Financial Markets - Contract

As a key member of the project team you will need to demonstrate an excellent grasp of technology platforms as well as in-depth knowledge of Equities products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work as a key business and IT facing Business Analyst
- Conduct workshops to gather and document specific business and user requirements
- Build BRD Documents and Functional Specifications
- Assist in translating requirements into technical specifications and documents
- Design and perform systems testing exercises
- Work closely with multiple vendors to ensure successfully delivery of the platform

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5 + years of working experience in a financial markets domain
- Excellent track record in delivering technology systems projects (Murex, Calypso, Fidessa, Kondor+ etc.)
- Hands on experience in multiple technology project implementations or enhancements
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating business analysis activities including testing and reporting
- Solid understanding of the SDLC
- Excellent grasp of team management theories and best practice
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
