JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Act as a liaison between systems and application support and the business.
Collaborate and develop strong working relationships - Business Analyst on any one of them-FINANCIAL/BANKING/MI
- Drive reporting solutions based on business goals and objectives, develop new and report on existing performance indicators at all levels of the organization.
- Should have ability to write detailed requirements Which is meaningful to both the business and technical work team
- An understanding of function specification and the concepts of report generation
- Support business process changes and translate changes as they occur to existing reporting, specifically department score cards.
- Critically evaluate information gathered for operational metrics to ensure system accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
