On behalf of one of our clients in the financial industry, we are on the search of a Business Analyst with experience in the areas of Management Reporting and Financial Analysis in the banking sector. The professional would join an exciting project within the company Group Finance area. The role would support driving revenue growth via stronger collaboration across the company divisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gathering requirements from the users and translating them to the development team
- Liaising closely with stakeholders across different teams and divisions to ensure the smooth execution of processes
- Performing AS IS and TO BE analysis with regards to the new reporting structure
- Managing projects related to optimization of processes and systems
- Ensuring coordination of testing activities
- Assisting the day-to-day management of related processes
- Identifying trends and preparing financial analysis
- Creating presentations to senior management
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field of study
- Several years of experience in Financial Analysis/Financial Management
- Background in Management Reporting projects would be a must, incl. designing and optimizing reporting templates
- Excellent Excel skills, experience with Tableau would be a strong asset
- Strong relationship management skills
- Very good presentation skills
- Fluent English, German would be a plus
