Business Analyst - Finance - Qualified Accountant

BUSINESS ANALYST - FINANCE - QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT

Based in Bristol a Business Analyst is required on a contract basis to provide finance support to a portfolio of financial services change projects.

You would be required to provide E2E Finance Business support to projects teams, in particular analytical support to the programme. Coverage includes costs, benefits, balance sheet, revex/capex spend, metric development, tracking & reporting.

Candidates must be a qualified accountant with good analytical skills. You will operate as a functional specialist with experience in project accounting, cost reporting, forecasting and control.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with and manage key stakeholders.

The following experience would be desirable:

-Excel modelling skills to support maintenance of project financial models and performance tracking.
- Reporting, presentation & personal communication skills to support liaison with the range of business product areas.
- Experience/understanding of Retail Banking products and Finance systems (SAP/OFA) would be advantageous.
