A leading banking group in Bristol is looking to hire a Analyst to join their Finance Systems Transformation Project. This role has been live since July and is an urgent requirement.

Job Description:

- Analyse, design and deliver reporting processes and systems on SAP
- Support process and systems development and management of change within Finance & Business Areas, and for the bank's external suppliers

Key Responsibilities
Definition of business requirements for reporting processes and systems. Analysis of the bank's internal processes and systems and design of process and system solutions. Engagement with Finance, other business and IT stakeholders, assessing change impact and supporting transition. Provision of plans for delivery and implementation of changes. Design test approaches and plans and complete the testing activities, supporting stakeholders where required. Define data migration or master data requirements, design data solutions, plan data management activities and complete data related activities, supporting stakeholders where required Required Competencies. SME in SAP reporting processes and systems. Demonstrable results in delivering and embedding change in large user communities. Ability to analyse and document business needs, Gap analysis and impact assessment. Business case development. Stakeholder engagement and management. Strong planning and personal organization. Personal resilience and the ability to work independently. Accounting qualification and strong Financial Reporting knowledge (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACMA), (IFRS, GAAP) etc

Dailr Rate: £275 - £325 per day
