Business Analyst - Finance wanted for our Zug based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- More than 7 years of experience working in multinational environments preferably within Healthcare industry
- Extensive SAP/FICO experience in Finance and Controlling, especially COPA as well as experience in System Change Management procedures
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Management Accounting, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Demand-to-Supply and Hire-to-Retire
- Expertise in in creating and maintaining SharePoint as well as reporting solutions including Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Strong background in leadership, collaboration, negotiation and project management as well as willingness to travel, when needed
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a big plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Maintaining successful partnerships at different levels with corporate functions IS and business teams (Accounting, FP&A, HR)
- Collecting and analysing changes along with mentoring and training team members
- Coaching IS projects, including creating and executing competitive bids, managing vendor teams as well as assessing and communicating project health
- Reviewing and approving project documentations as well as sustaining IS quality, compliance policies, SOPs and associated documents
- Supporting the team in test planning and execution besides ensuring delivery of tactical project and system enhancements
