BUSINESS ANALYST - FINAL WITHHOLDING TAX - For our client, a large global bank, we are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of tax- or regulatory-driven transformation projects in the banking or financial services industry
YOUR TASKS:
- A challenging Business Analyst position within Global Tax Operations
- Supporting international projects or streams managing tax initiatives; responsibilities range from impact assessment to conceptual design, business requirements documentation, process design/improvement and solution implementation
- Close collaboration with stakeholders from Private Banking, Investment Banking, Operations, Group Tax, Legal and Compliance, Information Technology and external providers
- Analyzing, documenting and aligning operational processes with stakeholders
- Leading of calls and workshops, including adequate preparation, post-processing and documentation
- Translating regulatory and Business requirements with regard to the regulations of FWHT
YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record in implementing complex processes in a global financial institution
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, project management experience is an asset
- Flexible team player, conceptually strong, very structured, delivery-oriented problem solver with a hands-on working style and focus on personal excellence
- Stakeholder management skills - experience in development of effective engagement structures and in negotiating with and influencing stakeholder groups
- Fluency in German and English, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
