Business Analyst - Filenet P8

Selected individual will meet with customers to collect requirements; Develop document classes, subclasses, entry/search templates, and metadata elements; Perform demonstrations and training as needed for customers; Participate in 24x7 callout rotation

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

- BA or BS in Business Administration, MIS/CIS or similar;
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills;
- Strong multitasker;
- Ability to gather and analyze customer requirements;
- Experience creating document classes and subclasses in FileNet P8 4.x;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Visio, and Excel)
- Filenet P8 experience is a must. Experience building doc classes and sub classes, creating metadata methods for these classes.

DESIRED: Previous IT experience supporting Power Delivery or Transmission/Distribution; Experience creating entry/search templates in FileNet P8 4.x; McLaren Fusion P8 3.x; Previous experience migrating content from FileNet CS 4.x/5.x to FileNet P8 4.x; Engineering drawing experience
