REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4 years of Business Analyst experience
- EXPERIENCE WITH FILENET IS REQUIRED*
- State Government experience highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel and Visio
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing requirements gathering, elicitation, and analysis sessions in order to understand current state processes and to ensure that the context and implications of change are understood by the clients and the project team
- Identifying, analysing, and eliciting all business, technical, product, and process requirements including complex business rules
- Creating artifacts (business case document, Business Requirements Document (BRD), Requirements Specification Document (RSD), etc.) in order to capture high level as well as detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
