Business Analyst, FieldGlass, Luxembourg
My client, a Tier-1 global technology company URGENTLY require a Business Analyst with FieldGlass experience. The Business Analyst will be working on a large programme to Implement the new FieldGlass staffing system across Europe and integrate with the businesses existing systems. Reporting into the PM, the Business Analyst will have good knowledge of the FieldGlass system and will be responsible for communicating with various teams/departments to define business and functional requirements to ensure a high quality of delivery.
Essential Experience:
- FieldGlass Experience is a MUST
- 3-5 years Business Analysis experience
- Working with clients/internal teams/colleagues to define business and functional requirements to ensure a high quality of delivery. This may involve using RACI Matrix, GAP Analysis, requirements gathering tracking tool, conducting risk assessments, business recovery planning/documenting, financial tracking etc.
- Contractual awareness reviewing contracts and communicating agreed SLA's
- Ideally previous experience working as a BA in the HR/Recruitment sector
- Identifying and recommending applicable solutions to client issues based on the application functionality.
