Business Analyst - Expense Claims (Brussels)

Je functie: Context The candidate will work at the BNP Paribas, Cost Accounting Steering Centre
based in Brussels. He/she will work on a project that aims to deploy a Group
solution for expense claims and reporting mainly for international entities.
Function Description
Placed under the authority of the Head of Department, the candidate will be in charge of :
- all activities relevant to the support of deployment project and, as needed,
- deployment & project activities
Main activities:
- Planning & scheduling the project
- Project documentation (Project charter, Business case,…)
- Reporting on project status within the defined governance
- Validation and Communication with MOE and stakeholders (Maîtrise d'oeuvre, i.e. IT team, other systems) during Development
° Good analytical and synthesis skills;
° Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
° Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
° Flexible, accurate & control minded.
Experience
° We are looking for a 'Medior' profile, someone with at least 5 years of experience in Project Management/Business Analysis,
in the same kind of environment
Business Experience
Mandatory
° Business Analysis experience
° Realization of projects as project manager / process Manager in a major Company
° International exposure in a project context
Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Thorough knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferable
° Project Management Certification (Prince2,… is an asset)
° Experience in implementation of an Expense Claims Solution (Concur,…)
based in Brussels. He/she will work on a project that aims to deploy a Group
solution for expense claims and reporting mainly for international entities.
