TECHNOLOGY: Sybase IQ, ab initio, asset mgmt.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Mission within the Data Services Domain:
Contributing to the implementation of a key transformation of our front to back chain.
The mission will consist in:
- Formalizing the impact analysis & taking part to the definition of the transition and target set up.
- Write functional and technical specifications.
- Define the new mapping for all data post changes.
- Adapt existing stored procedures in Sybase IQ.
- Doing end to end testing of flows and data: control in details the data comparing before and after changes to ensure data correctness, consistency and exhaustively.
- Performing non regression testing.
- Documenting all changes and new developments.
- Contribute to the governance of the project.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- DWH Datamodelling on a column based database, Sybase IQ.
- SQL language
- Knowledge of stored procedures
- AbInitio, batch
- Good understanding of Asset Management business and financial products including
- derivatives
- Good communication and synthesis skills
- Good relationship and writing capabilities
- Analytical skills
- 5-10 years' data modelling and ETL experience in the financial sector is a prerequisite.
- Experience in migration projects.
- Location: Brussels sometimes travel to Paris
