Business Analyst with expertise in end to end project delivery to join a financial services company based in London.

The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for a significant global HR transformation initiative involving the global design and implementation of new processes, systems, operating models and service delivery models across the organisation.

Responsible for the delivery of a project or projects within the resourcing programme. Define objectives, benefits and scope with the sponsor, accountable executives and key stakeholders.

The eRecruitment project is one of 8 projects in the resourcing programme, which has 3 major deliverables;
*Update of the system for existing users
*Integration with a global instance of SAP
*Roll-out to new users in 44 countries across multiple business units

Key skills required
*End to end project delivery experience
*Experience of delivering policy, process, technology and operating model change on a global scale.
*Experience of leading diverse teams in the delivery of a technology change which has implications to business processes
*Taleo or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
*Implementation project management experience
*Able to communicate with business stakeholders at all levels
*Understanding of project delivery methodologies (APM/PMI)
*Familiar with agile and waterfall SDLC Methodologies
