Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to become part of the company's eBusiness Suite Enhancement Delivery Team. As a member of this team, this professional will have the opportunity to be a part of the Global Finance Transformation and deliver on the business needs of current markets utilizing the eBusiness Suite solution. We are looking for a skilled professional who can serve as a conduit between the business and technology teams to deliver business value through leveraging the technology available in the application. Strong analytical, documentation, influencing and communication skills are key to the success of the Business Analyst.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conducts business analysis to examine requests for system enhancements and projects related to the financial system E-business Suite. Key customers include the various worldwide stakeholders including Global Finance leadership, Shared Services, Corporate, and US and Canada Finance teams, among others.
- Translates business needs to real solutions, along with helping our functional partners enhance their use of the eBusiness Suite System.
- Creates and executes plans to ensure that technical solutions meet the needs of the business.
- Leverages expertise in areas including requirements management, test script development, testing management, quality assurance, and excellent communication to provide best solutions.
- Analyzes enhancement requests with an eye toward global leveragability, assessment for impact to existing functionality, and alignment to the global business processes established by the Global Finance Process Owners.
- Gathers and documents business requirements by conducting meetings/interviews, and facilitating large-group/cross-functional session with customers. Focuses on the details as well as the big picture.
- Participates in functional design sessions to evaluate solution design options against business requirements and existing business processes.
- Identifies the high level impact of the change and communicates to affected business units to secure alignment prior to approving requests for development and/or system configuration.
- Develops/updates test scripts, manages testing activities, and performs test execution in coordination with the Automated Regression Testing team, functional support team and key end users.
- Interacts with system users, IT, Global Process Owners, and functional support team throughout the system development life cycle.
- Contributes to regular status updates created by project management for customers at multiple levels of the organization.
- Identifies training materials update and provides knowledge transfer to training content developers to produce updated training materials.
- Provides knowledge transfer to eBusiness Suite functional support team on the upcoming changes related to enhancement and/or project work.
- Adheres to and promotes the tools, procedures and project management practices established by the project team.

SKILLS

Must have a Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a technology related discipline and at least 3+ years of experience with the System Development Lifecycle in a business analyst role. Experience working in a customer-facing role with the ability to build strong relationships required. Must have experience developing/executing test plans, as well as executing UAT plans. At least 2-4 years of experience with requirements development is needed. Oracle Financials 12.1.x/Oracle WorkFlow skills highly desirable. Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition or other Business Intelligence software experience highly desirable. Strong communication and organization skills are essential. Must be highly adaptive and able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment is critical. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is a must.
