For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
BUSINESS ANALYST EARCHIVE (DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT/DATA ARCHIVING/RECORDS MANAGEMENT) - 60%
eArchive is a global service that archives application/structured data in an electronic, compliant archive.
The Business Analyst we are looking for should have an outgoing personality and strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
TASKS:
- Conducting data assessments in collaboration with business and technical owners
- Engineer archiving requirements in compliance with Records Managements regulations
- Update process documentation (Excel and Powerpoint) like current archiving pipeline, budget and cost figures and assessment documents
- Coordinate project timelines and requirements with the technical team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a Business Analyst for minimum 3 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (in English, German nice to have)
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed
- Able to work independently and as a teamplayer
- Records Management Experience
- High level Relational Database Management System knowledge
- Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint)
STARTING DATE: MAY 2016
DURATION: TILL 31.12.2016 (WITH OPTIONAL EXTENSION)
