Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for a Business Analyst in eArchive for a 3 + month project in Switzerland with 50% workload.
eArchive is a global service that archives application/structured data in an electronic, compliant archive. The candidate worked in a service which is ongoing and so the candidate needs to be flexible for 2.5 days per week and for one day s/he needs to work with another candidate.
You are responsible for
. Conducting data assessments in collaboration with business and technical owners
. Engineering archiving requirements in compliance with Records Managements regulations
. Updating process documentation (Excel and Powerpoint) like current archiving pipeline, budget and cost figures and assessment documents
. Coordinating project timelines and requirements with the technical team
Requirements
. Experience as a Business Analyst for minimum 3 years
. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (in English, German nice to have)
. Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed
. Able to work independently and as a team player
. Records Management Experience
. High level Relational Database Management System and Document Management knowledge
. Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint)
. Quality conscious
