Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for a Business Analyst eArchive (60%) for a 6 + month project in Switzerland.
The candidate would not work in a project, since Records Management is a global service at Roche that saves specific data in an eArchive. This means that it is a service which is ongoing, the processes already are defined and the candidate will need to carry them out.
You are responsible for
. Conducting data assessments in collaboration with business and technical owners
. Engineering archiving requirements in compliance with Records Managements regulations
. Updating process documentation (Excel and PowerPoint) like current archiving pipeline, budget and cost figures and assessment documents
. Coordinating project timelines and requirements with the technical team
Requirements
. Experience as a Business Analyst for minimum 3 years
. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (in English, German nice to have)
. Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed
. Able to work independently and as a team player
. Records Management Experience
. High level Relational Database Management System knowledge
. Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
