Business Analyst Earchive

Next Ventures is urgently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an archiving project based in Switzerland, working for a global pharmaceutical company.

Background:
Records Management is a global service in the company that saves specific data in an eArchive.

In order to optimize structured data in the productive applications, some data needs to be stored in an eArchive.

The Business Analyst we are looking for has to understand the business and what their requirements are. This shall be achieved by asking the right questions to the business and diplomatic actions.
The candidate has to have a good understanding of databases in general and has already worked with structured data optimization.

Tasks:
Being the single point of contact for developers and senior management in regards to the data that shall be migrated/stored
Understand the business needs and identify possible solutions
Delivering Business Requirements to the Technical Department and vice versa

Requirements:
Experience as a Business Analyst for at least 3 years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills
Able to work independently, but also in a team together with the developers

Nice to Haves:
++ Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
+ Experience with Records Management
