Business Analyst Earchive

On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for a Business Analyst eArchive for a project between 3 to 6 years in Switzerland.

The ideal candidate is able to carry out a complex assessment to application responsible in order to determine electronic archiving needs for data. It is about making appointments, following-up on them, giving guidance, helping the business fill out the assessment. In a second step, the assessm has to be evaluated.

You are responsible for;
- surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physicald organisational resources
- definition of work orders and support of the target definition process
- development and evaluation of methods of resolution
- reviewing and improving work processes and information flows
- giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes
- supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurance and project execution
- consulting the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources
- ongoing adjustment of the disposition of physical and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solutions

Requirements

- 3+ years UX-experience in web and/or mobile environment
- Good understanding of business processes in the pharmaceutical industry is a must, Roche experience a plus (worked in the pharmaceutical industry or contracted not only for IT projects in the pharmaceutical industry)
- Knowledge in the areas of: Records Management, Electronic Archiving, Regulated environments (GXP) are a plus, not a must
- Good interpersonal skills, must be able to make him/herself understood by people with various professional backgrounds and seniority levels
- Structured and analytical approach
- Basic to sound knowledge in the area of relational databases is a plus, not a must
- English - fluent in writing and speaking, German a plus
