Business Analyst - Dutch Speaking - Manufacturing Domain - Netherlands

This role is expected to ensure agreed upon requirements are captured and documented before solutions are designed/implemented and that final solutions meet business objectives. A key focus will be to focus on day to day business process gaps or inefficiencies.

1. Strong business analyst experience(minimum 7 years) in preferably Manufacturing Domain; Steel/Metal preferred. Exposure to Mainframe systems is desired.
2. Lead the elicitation process, navigating the competing needs of multiple stakeholder groups, defining and documenting an end-to-end business process that is accepted by all groups, and mapping out technical or other requirements to support the needs and the process.
3. Play a major role in analysing business systems and practices to identify improvement opportunities and to determine when deactivation or replacement are required.
4. Identify current and future state business processes helping business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will change to support the future.
5. Prepare and present process summaries to communicate the financial and operation impact of proposed changes.
6. Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing along with the Business Users.
