- 40 hours a week;
- €60-68 based on knowledge and experience;
- Rotterdam.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The elaboration of proposals for new processes in collaboration with stakeholders, incorporating improvements of existing processes in the new process
- Designing the new team structure (tasks, responsibilities, etc.) - thinking up different options, collecting them and submitting them to management teams
- The roll-out of the new processes and everything that revolves around them - training, documentation, communication, work instructions, roles, responsibilities
- Research and analyse how processes with respect to activation links run (current and future)
SKILLS
- A degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a business analyst
- Experience within the financial sector
- Fluent in Dutch
