Business Analyst - Dutch Speaking

eSynergy Solutions are currently hiring for a Business Analyst - Utrecht - Dutch speaking.

Role: Business Analyst
Location: Utrecht
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3-5 Months
Languages: Dutch (fluent) and English (very good)
Must be eligible to work in EU.

The purpose of this role is to complete the requirements gathering and functional design for the changes that are in scope for release 1, and support the functional and user acceptance testing phases of the release. The scope of the role includes leading a small team of up to two additional business analyst resources working on this release. The Business Analyst in this role would be expected to line manage the business analysts, direct their efforts and be responsible for the ultimate quality of their work.

Key Accountabilities :
1. Plan and manage the effort of the business analyst resource available to Release
*Work with the project manager to develop a detailed (probably day by day) plan for the requirements and functional design work required for this release.
*Own and manage the detailed plan and report to the project manager
*Manage and direct the business analyst resources available in order to successfully meet the agreed plan

2. Develop well specified and relevant requirements and functional designs for the changes in scope for this release
*With the other business analysts, develop high quality requirements and functional design deliverables
*Review the requirements and designs created by other members of the team and be responsible for the overall quality of the deliverables

3. Gain stakeholder agreement of the requirements and functional designs delivered
*Work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the requirements and functional designs developed are completed and fully agreed on time and to the required quality

Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
*Strong & proven credentials in DAM and e-commerce related deployments
*Very strong business analysis analytical skills and problem solving abilities
*Extensive experience and strong aptitude for:
*Excellent communication skills - including excellent spoken and written English is essential
*Experience of managing a small team of business analysts in IT delivery projects
