For one of our clients, Swisslinx is looking for a Business Analyst - Document management to start as soon as possible.
Ideal starting date: ASAP
You will be working on two (2) projects:
1) Document Life Cycle Management: Creation until storage of documents (template mgmt., release and
capture, storage - fully electronic).
2) Process optimisation: Automisation of document management. This person will analyse how this can be done in an electronic way,ie e-signatures. You will then draw processes, make suggestions with help of electronic support
Technical skills and experience required for this position will include:
- Banking experience is ideal
- Similar previous experience in Documentation, waivers, client documentation
- Electronic Document Management knowledge and especially Documentation life cycle management would be advantage
- Excel & VISIO
- Proactive, good communication Skills
- English is a must, German would be a great advantage
