BUSINESS ANALYST DESIGN AND BUILD/1 YEAR/GHENT, BELGIUM
Business Analyst Design and Build (Dutch & English speaker) urgently required for one of my clients for initial period of 1 year to be based in Ghent, Belgium.
Responsibility
In this role as a Business Analyst Design and Build your task mainly exists out of capturing, analysing and evaluating the ICT needs within the IT department. Furthermore you translate these into fitting concepts and ICT services. This all in close collaboration with the Business Process Analysts, the users and ICT application specialists.
Tasks
- You realise systematic meetings with clients, colleagues, ...
- You assist when writing the project announcements and project definitions.
- You accompany and support the change processes caused by the adjustments and/or updates of applications and methods with as goal to provide an ICT support fitting the ever evaluating needs of the business.
- You deliver reporting tools and also ad hic reports requested by your internal customers to ensure the available IT tools available are deployed to their best usage. This all to improve and manage the business processes.
- You organise the user support of the applications in your domain. This involves capturing and attending to training needs.
Required skills
- You are acquainted with change management within an organisation.
- You possess a Master Degree in ICT
- You have knowledge of functional and business analytics
- You have knowledge of analyticl techniques based in UMI, Enterprise Architect.
- Knowledge of Landesk is considered a plus.
- You have knowledge of office 365, Lyncn interfacing between applications, ITIL processes.
- You also know about the functional and business analytics.
- You have a broad and extensive knowledge of: Hardware within IT (Firewalls, networks, Servers), Servers software, Oracle, SQL, virtualization software.
- A good command of English is necessary.
