For a six months project at our client, an international banking company in Zurich, we are looking for a

BUSINESS ANALYST - DERIVATIVES AND REGULATORY REPORTING (3930)

Our client is looking for a business analyst for one of their agile teams in the area of DWH and Basel 3 regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will join Treasury IT which provides technology services to its internal business partners globally.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Several years' experience as IT Business Analyst, preferably within a financial institution
- Experience in Treasury or Regulatory Reporting (data & process knowledge)
- In depth Knowledge in derivatives products, especially from a regulatory reporting perspective, know-how in DWH environment is a plus
- Technical know-how of DWH environment (advantage)
- Delivery focussed way of working
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Flexible, proactive and self-motivated personality
- Strong teamplayer with the ability to work in international and heterogeneous team
- Fluent in English, German is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and analyse business requirements (data sources, interfaces, business logic and quality)
- Active involvement in solution finding within the project (close collaboration with business and IT and other customers/stake holders)
- Support development team on design, logic, architecture and testing, incl. interfaces from source to target applications according to architectural standards
- Document business requirements and specifications in accordance to firm standards
- Key contact for business and IT on data and process related questions and issues within regulatory reporting and Treasury applications, processes and strategies
