For a six months Project at our banking client's site in Zurich, we are looking for a Hybrid role for an experienced
BUSINESS ANALYST/DELIVERY MANAGER - SECURED LENDING (3459)
Our client is offering a Hybrid role of a Delivery Manager and Business Analyst to act as the primary interface between IT and other senior stakeholders on the business side. You will support the global roll-out of an application and work with a 3rd party system in a small team with developers locally and an offshore test team.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience of delivering IT projects within a banking firm, ideally as Project Manager/BA
- 6 + YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING IN APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
- Experience in banking or finance including Lending, Collateral and OTC products
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers, Vendors etc.)
- Experience in international projects with remote teams
- Knowledge of Lombard Loans
- Prior experience of JIRA
- Agile project delivery
- Knowledge of .NET IT projects would be helpful
- Fluent written and spoken English
THE ROLE:
- Capture business requirements in the form of User Stories
- Demonstrate Project Management experience in order to push forward this project which is under time pressure to deliver an integrated solution
- Help prioritise the Book of Work with Business stakeholders
- Ensure that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear specifications
- Manage dependencies around the delivery of the solutions
- Support developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation
- Supports the test team in testing activities, when necessary
- Provide clear project status communication to all stakeholders
- Deliver new interfaces with different systems including a Mainframe team
