Business Analyst [data Warehouse/DWH]

Business Analyst [Data Warehouse/DWH] is required to one of our clients, a large system integrator to join their client project team based in Frankfurt, Germany.

For the position of Business Analyst we are looking for:- -Creation and support of feasibility studies and estimates from the perspective of the underlying data
-Support the Finance Data Warehouse projects, testing and production of data analysis and data flow analysis
-Consulting in architecture and business analysis due to data-analytic findings
-Concept, design and modelling of new requirements for data storage
-The design, development and maintenance of a documentation of the data flows of the warehouse
-Support for audit and other ad hoc requests
-Development of data quality and its measurability in general
-Presentation and discussion of the results with all existing stakeholders

Professional and personal requirements:- -Curricular university degree or equivalent (FH, BA, etc.) and relevant work experience
-Excellent knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL advantage of (predominantly complex queries; less DDL)
-Good knowledge of data warehousing, data structures and specific requirements for multidimensional data management and ETL processes and master data management
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office products
-Safe Handling ERM models and deep understanding of data structures in a relational database
-Fluency in English both spoken and written
-High social competence, sensitivity in dealing with internal partners, ability to present complex issues understandable
-Proactive and able to work independently
-Teamwork
-Ability to work reliably under time pressure

Advantageous:- -Oracle PL/SQL
-Basic knowledge of SAS advantage not necessary
-Knowledge of risk ratios (RWA, EC, EL, PD)
-Knowledge of regulatory reporting environment for credit risk (Basel II, Basel III/CRD 4, Basel III Liquidity, FinRep, Corep, Corep Large Exposure, KWG)
-Experience in programming
