Leading Global Solutions Provider has a contract requirement for a Business Analyst in Dublin with customer contact experience.
This role will be to work with the client to help set up their customer services function. Activities will include defining business processes, identifying roles and responsibilities, acting as an SME advisor with the client and working with the outsource contact centre to ensure readiness for key milestones. You will need to have experience working in contact centre and definining contact centre processes. Previous utilities experience would be desirable.
