Your Skills
- Approx. 5 years of experience in the area of banking and financial services
- Min. 3 years of Business Analysis experience (such as gathering/validating requirements, mapping process flows and documentation)
- Strong functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics
- Involved in at least 2 full scale enterprise wide CRM implementation programs
- Knowledge of software applications and architectures
- Knowledge of other leading CRM tools such as Salesforce etc. is advantageous
- Hands on experience with standard SDLC, Agile and DevOps project methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word
Your Tasks
- Work with the business unit heads and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Assess current state and develop target process flows, use cases, workflows and user stories to support the design and development of CRM solutions for our clients
- Liaise with business and IT to bridge functional and technical requirements. Manage traceability across the streams
- Conduct/coordinate walk through sessions of business and functional requirements with business and IT stakeholders, validate and sign offs
- Assist the vendor with design, configuration, process and user story mapping
- Collaborate with build, test and business teams for solution verification
- Document key artifacts including requirements, user guides and training material and able to use enterprise tools such as JIRA
- Participate in meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
