Business Analyst CRM (FR,EN,NL Speaking)

BUSINESS ANALYST

GSA Techsource is looking for a Business Analyst for a long term contract in Brussels; the client is looking to improve their customer experience and therefore require the personnel who can help them to fulfil this goal. The role of the Business Analyst will be predominantly to complete internal studies, including but not limited to; ranking business priorities, integration with Social Media, refine the customer data repository. The client is looking for an experienced BA who has worked in similar environments and has expertise in internal studies and implementation. The successful candidate must be able to conduct a systematic review, incorporating all business departments to help build a cooperative and efficient working environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of eight years experience in this profession.
- Minimum of five years experience in consulting and implementation of CRM programs, on multiple platforms (eg Salesforce, SAP Hybris, MS Dynamics).
- Experience in transport is desirable.
- Skilled written and verbal communication, with experience giving presentations to all levels of staff, including senior management.
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- Have a high level of drive, commitment and discipline, with the ability to transfer this to others.
- A strong technical affinity.
- Be able to work with a high level of autonomy.
