A global leader in FMCG requires a Senior Business Systems Analyst to work on CRM & Digital Marketing processes.

Key skills:

Specific Competency for CRM & Digital Marketing processes, tools and applications:

CRM and Consumer Assurance systems

Salesforce Effectiveness systems

Web strategy and website management

Social Media and Mobile Technology strategies

Online retailing and consumer connection strategies

Specific functional knowledge of the Sales and Marketing domain Assessing/choosing/selecting IS IT solutions

Purchasing

The successful candidate will have:

Experience of supporting CRM and Consumer Assurance systems

Experience in managing projects to interface Web site platforms with internal CRM and Call Centre systems

Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Effectiveness systems Experience of dealing with web agencies, and knowledge of web strategy and website management

Experience with or knowledge of Social Media and Mobile Technology strategies

Experience with or knowledge of Online retailing and consumer connection strategies
